The Two Modes

Talk to Myrad answers in one of two modes. You choose which one you are asking in.

ModeUI labelWhat it answersRequires
Crowd"The crowd"Anonymized, platform-wide patterns: averages, distributions, popular picks. Never an individual.Wallet access
Personal"Your data"Only your own contributed data: your history, your points. Never anyone else's.Wallet access + sign-in

The crowd

Crowd mode answers questions about anonymized, platform-wide behavior. Think averages, distributions, and what is popular across everyone who contributes, never a single person's record.

Example questions:

  • "What's the most-watched genre on Netflix this month?"
  • "How often do people order food on weekends versus weekdays?"
  • "What's a typical weekly running distance for active users?"
  • "Which cuisines are trending in food orders right now?"

Crowd mode needs holder access (a MYRAD-holding wallet) and nothing else. It never requires a sign-in and never exposes an individual.

Your data

Personal mode answers questions about your own contributed data, and only yours. It is grounded in the apps you have connected and verified in the MYRAD app.

Example questions:

  • "How many hours of Netflix did I watch last month?"
  • "What are my top artists on Spotify this year?"
  • "How consistent has my running been over the last few weeks?"
  • "How much have I spent on food orders, and how many points do I have?"

Personal mode needs holder access plus your MYRAD sign-in, so it can confirm the data is yours. It never reads anyone else's data, and your identity is never exposed to anyone else.
